At Creatabuzz, I lead UX design for MTN Uganda, helping reshape the MyMTN App into a clearer self-service digital telco experience.

I simplified discovery and subscription journeys for WakaNet Fibre to home & office, making fibre access faster and easier for customers. Earlier, I led the design to streamline onboarding and service management for enterprise business solutions (EBU) across different customer segments at MTN Uganda.

Before Creatabuzz, I worked at TBWA and some smaller startups and agencies in Uganda and across the region.
