                     At Creatabuzz, I lead UX design for MTN Uganda, helping reshape the MyMTN App into a clearer self-service digital telco experience. I worked on simplifying discovery and subscription journeys for WakaNet Fibre to home & office making fibre access faster and easier for customers. and earlier, led design for streamlining onboarding and service management for enterprise business solutions (EBU) across different customer segments at MTN Uganda.   Before Creatabuzz, I worked at TBWA and some smaller startups and agencies in Uganda and across the region.
